Approach

Buy what is underused, improve it with capital and hands-on management, and hold it for the long term.

  1. 1

    Find what is underused

We look for buildings and land that are underused: dated apartment buildings in strong neighborhoods, hotels that need a new operator, and land that can be entitled for more.

  2. 2

    Put capital and management in

We renovate and reposition. At The Andes Apartments in Little Havana that meant modern kitchens, updated baths and new systems, while preserving a historic building.

  3. 3

    Hold for cash flow

We are long-term owners. Most of our work is buying and holding income-producing assets for long-term cash flow.
