A 50+ acre, seven-property assemblage near the Atlanta BeltLine, bought for $30M. In June 2026 Atlanta City Council unanimously approved rezoning of the first assemblage for more than 3,000 homes, including 500+ affordable units, plus retail and public green space. Getting the land entitled roughly doubled its value.
